How to make dry ice?
Use TOPTION brand dry ice maker whose composition are : pedestal, dry ice generator, valve, liquid charging flexible metal tubing and connector.
1.Connect flexible metal tube with liquid discharging port of dewar flask, which is full of cryogenic liquid CO2.
2.Please close the valve on generator firstly, open dewar flask liquid discharging port valve, cheak if the spile of ice-making cavity dry ice out port is closed, need to ensure this spile is closed when produce dry ice. Ensure press forming screw is on the right position (should at limitation position), check if adjust valve is closed (this valve should be closed when produce dry ice). After you finish these preparations, then could begin poducing dry ice.
3.Dry ice production process: Please open dewar flask liquid discharging port valve totally, then open the adjust valve on generator, angle is usually between 90°~180° which is based on liquid pressure.
4.After 1 min (the time you open valve will decide the thickness of dry ice, but its thickness shouldn’t over 45mm), please close adjust valve, at the same time, please keep the dewar flask liquid discharging port valve is totally open.
5.Through press forming screw to press dry ice be compaction (hand strength is about at 15kg, don’t need overexertion). Then retreat hand wheel a round, use crabstick to lightly click the middle of dry ice output plate twice, make it be loose. lift up dry ice output plate again, continue rotate press forming screw until dry ice be push-out.
