Short-path molecular distillation workflow
1. Full jacketed layer insulation for all pipelines through which the materials flow. Ensure there will be no solidification that will affect the material's separation.
2. High precision gear pump feeding material. Steady flow of materials from normal pressure to negative pressure, the flow quantity does not change with the pressure difference. As long as the set speed is the same, the amount of material flow will be the same.
3. Separation of high-boiling-point, heat-sensitive, and easily oxide materials. As molecular distillers operate at temperatures well below the boiling point of the material and the material residence time is short.
4. Short path distillation can extremely effectively remove substances in liquids such as organic solvents, odors, etc, which is a very effective method for liquid dissolution after solvent extraction.
