Bio-oil molecular distillation equipment adopt 1L jacketed glass material feeding tank, this jacket design, can be heated and achieve heat preservation by circulating heat conduction oil. High precision gear pump feed (3-15L/H). Feed tank, support 24h continuously working. If material contain more than 1% low boiling point impurities, it is recommended to use once distillation for actual degassing.
In order to clear the vacuum distillation equipment easier and more convenient, our engineers adopts side feeding method, this design not only could make the distillers be easier to clean, and also could prevent the vacuum performance reduction caused by frequent disassembly of equipment for cleaning.
