1.The vacuum pump should be placed in the ground and maintain a certain height difference with the freeze dryer.
2.The working temperature is less than or equal 32℃. The humidity is less than or equal 80%.
3.When shutdowning, firstly inflate, then turn off the vacuum pump.
4.The organic glass door and main engine connects by sealed ring.
5.The realed ring should be kept clean.
6.The vauum pump oil should be replaced after the freeze dryer works continuously 200 hours.
7.Don't frequently turn on the power switch and refrigerator.
8.After connecting the power line, please check the motor.
9.The last segment of setting time are 40 hours.
10.When turning on partition board control temperature, the system starts to run from the first segment.
Common breakdown and elimination of vauum freeze drying machine:
1.The vacuum can not achieve below 15Pa:
1)Check the release valve is whether fastened down or not.
2)The vacuum pump and main engine is connected by vacuum tube. Check the clamp is whether fastened down or not.
3) Check the bottom of organic glass cover is whether smooth or not. Check the “O” rubber ring is whether damaged or not.
4)Check the vacuum pump oil. Generally, oil should be changed after working 200 hours.
2.The vacuum pump leaks oil:
Check the leaking part (is possible sealed pad). Replace the corresponding parts.
3.The temperature of cold trap is high:
The temperature of condition is high. If the cooing system is break down, please connect with our company engineer.
