Hydrothermal synthesis reactor is a kind of closed container to dissolve the refractory material.
- Reactor body use SS304L high quality stainless steel material, use circular groove sealing, manual spiral firm, excellent sealing performance, high safety, use little acid solvent, easy operation.
- Reactor liner material use PTFE (220℃ safe temp.) & PPL (280℃ safe temp.).
Why hydrothermal synthesis autoclave reactor use PTFE or PPL linner?
1. High temperature resistance: Teflon material actual measuring operating temp. is higher than 220℃, advise safe operating temp. ≤ 220℃. PPL material actual measuring operating temp. is higher than 280℃, advise safe operating temp. ≤ 280℃.
2. Low temperature resistance: -196℃ could keep 5%.
3. Ultra corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, strong base, aqua regia and all kinds of organic solvent.
4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties have nothing to do with temperature and frequency.
5. High lubrication: the friction coefficient of solid materials is lowest.
6. No adhesion: don't adhere to any material, self lubricity is strong, the friction coefficient of solid materials is 0.04.
7. Non hazardous: has physiologically inert, can be embedded in human body, strong aging resistance, guarantee hydrothermal synthesis reactor long service life.
8. Anti-pollution: the baseline value of metallic element is low, lead content < 10-11g/ml, uranium content < 10-12g/ml.
9. Leakproof: falling down from 1.2m high place, hydrothermal synthesis reactor body is no fracture, reactor lid is not loose, no break and leakage phenomenon.
