Working process of Wiped Film Evaporator:
First step, put the material into the feed tank, and remove some impurities through the stainless steel 316 filter. Second step, the feed gear pump transports the removed materials to the top of the main evaporator and enters vertically, and distributes them through the material liquid. The evaporator distributes the material on the heater wall, and the uniformly rotating Scraper scrapes the material on the wall into a liquid film of uniform thickness and pushes it downward in a spiral shape. During this process, the rotating film wiper and the liquid film continuously generate high-speed turbulence, which can prevent the liquid film from coking and scaling on the heating wall. Third step, the light components in the liquid film evaporate to form a vapor stream, which is very close to the built-in condenser, then liquefies, and then flows out from the light molecule outlet at the bottom of the condenser. The heavy molecules cannot reach the built-in condenser, they go directly from the heating wall to the bottom, and flow out from the outlet of the heavy molecules. The fourth step, main evaporator is also connected to an external condenser to collect ultra-light components, and an external cold trap protects the vacuum pump.
