TOPTION this type 20L ultrasonic glass reactor is designed for double-layer glass, the reaction medium can be added to the inner layer for stirring reaction. The design of the ultrasonic jacketed glass reactor is to fix the ultrasonic transducer on the kettle body (the glass reactor kettle lid is provided with an opening), the front end of the ultrasonic transmitter of the ultrasonic transducer is deep into the reaction vessel, thus the ultrasonic transducer can send ultrasonic waves to the chemical reactants in the reaction vessel, so that the multiple effects of ultrasonic wave dispersion, crushing and activation can be used to destroy the solvent structure of the chemical reactants in the glass reactor, to improve the reaction activity, disperse the powder particles, and make its linearity further reduce.
