Working Principle
The material is sucked in and pressurized by the plunger pump and enters into the valve group with adjustable pressure size under the action of the plunger, and after passing through the flow limiting gap (working area) of specific width, the material which is instantly depressurized is sprayed out at a very high flow rate, and collides with one of the collision rings of the valve components, which produces three kinds of effects:
1、Cavitation effect
The material compressed by the plunger has accumulated a very high energy, through the flow restriction gap when the instantaneous loss of pressure, results in the release of high energy caused by the explosion of cavities, resulting in the material being strongly crushed and refined.
2、Collision effect
When the material passes through the flow limiting slit, it will hit the special collision ring at the above very high speed, which will cause the material to be crushed.
