Working Principle
TOPTION's spray dryer can meet the needs of various laboratory and industrial production, making it a reliable and high-quality drying equipment.
The liquid is filtered and heated and enters the nozzle distributor at the top of the dryer. The liquid enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. By means of a high-speed centrifugal sprayer at the top of the tower, the material is rotated and rapidly sprayed into a very fine mist of liquid beads.
Through a very short contact time with the hot air, the material can be dried to the final product. The final product will be continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclone separator. The exhaust air is discharged by a blower.
