The UP-4S is a four-channel probe sonicator designed for small-volume cell disruption and sample homogenization. Each immersed sonotrode transfers ultrasonic energy into the liquid, generating acoustic cavitation that can disrupt cells and disperse suspended material. Processing conditions-including amplitude, pulse duration, sample volume, temperature, and sonotrode depth-must be optimized for the specific sample and downstream application.
