Product Overview
Through spiral rotation, the material in the cone produces composite motion, mainly producing four forms of motion:
1. Spiral rotation along the wall, causes the material to move in a circular motion along the cone wall.
2. Spiral rotation causes the material to move up the spiral from the bottom of the cone.
3. Spiral rotation and composite motion cause part of the material to be absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface, while the centrifugal force of the spiral rotation causes part of the material to be radially emitted from the spiral cylindrical surface of the cone.
4. The rising material falls due to its gravity. The four motions in the mixer produce convection, shear, and diffusion, achieving rapid and uniform mixing.
